Your event will NOT be reserved until the deposit is received by Niemerg’s Steak House. Deposit includes a $200.00 non-refundable deposit to hold the date. 90% of the estimated total bill is then due 2 months prior to your event. (If already within 2 months, 90% is due right away) The balance is DUE two weeks before the date of the event. Above prices reflect a 5% cash discount. We will charge for the number ordered NOT the number served.

Tables for the Buffet Line are your responsibility – we need 3 – 8 foot tables for most meals. Larger events may require multiple buffet lines – we reserve the right to limit number of serving lines offered. All buffet lines will be setup to serve your guests down both sides. Events with multiple serving lines should have the lines near each other – lines on opposite sides of the room will incur an additional cost.

Mileage charges will vary with location - see website for more details. Delay of serving time is $25.00 per 15 minutes past scheduled dining time. Head Table Service for the Bridal Party only is $50.00 up to 14 people. Each additional member of the wedding party over initial 14 people is $10.00 per person. Each additional family table served is $75.00 per table of eight. We reserve the right to limit number of tables to be served. Prices subject to change - you will be contacted before any price adjustments.

Please bring your own containers for leftovers; ours will be removed when the caterer leaves. We reserve the right to limit catering services provided. By booking with Niemerg's Steak House the customer agrees to all terms and agreements listed above.
